How to:

1. Install IDM 6.17 normally. and exit if its running.
2. Open Crack or Patch of IDM, thats file extension is .exe file.
3. Click Patch. 
4. If fail and there is notif that registry not found or bla bla ... just copy the patch .exe to your installation folder ( eg:  C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager or C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager on win x64)
5. Then open and click patch.
6. Now open Internet Download Manager. Help -> About.
7. Finish
